Millis Transfer Named Top Pay Carrier by National Transportation Institute

Millis Transfer is pleased to announce it has received a Top Pay Carrier designation by the National Transportation Institute. This is a coveted distinction and one that Millis Transfer is proud to have earned each year since 2006. That's 13 years as one of the leading Top Pay Carriers!!

To qualify for this achievement, carriers must rank in the top 10% of driver income potential. Companies must also pass a rigorous, three part qualification process. Each of the three areas are considered critical components of a driver's long term financial success. Driver income, job security, and health and wellness coverage are all included in the review process.

The National Transportation Institute (NTI) prides itself on being an organization that focuses on providing accurate and authoritative mission-critical benchmarks to truckload carriers on company driver and owner-operator compensation history and changes. NTI's publications are used by insurers, consultants, carriers, shippers and nearly every equity analyst that follows transportation sector stocks. NTI's largest subscriber base remains in the transportation sectors Private and For-Hire LTL and truckload fleets, where information is widely used as a tool for fleet executives in determining the direction and velocity of the Class A CDL market wages and emerging pay strategies.

Making sure drivers have not only the best equipment, but the best opportunities for income potential is a top consideration at Millis Transfer.  And thanks to our National Transportation Institute distinction, drivers can rest assured knowing they are working for a company that makes their financial well-being a number one priority.
